What to expect.

We always look forward to meeting new patients! Your initial examination is a very important appointment as we have a lot to talk about. In addition to understanding why you are seeking orthodontic treatment, we may also discuss treatment options, timing of the treatment, any teeth that may need to be removed, and fees. If possible, please bring a recent panoramic x-ray from your dentist as well as your orthodontic insurance cards. To save you valuable time, we may also set aside time to complete diagnostic records (x-rays, photos and digital scans) following the initial examination.
Once the orthodontist has had time to carefully examine the diagnostic records, a treatment plan will be created to address your individual needs and concerns. At this appointment, we will discuss your individual treatment plan, the length of your treatment, payment options, and any other questions you may have.
- Full payment of the treatment fee includes a bookkeeping discount.
- Initial payment at the beginning of treatment combined with monthly, interest-free ﬁnancing offered by OrthoBanc.
For your convenience, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Some employers offer orthodontic insurance beneﬁts as part of a dental insurance package. We will be happy to submit all of the necessary forms on your behalf so that you may enjoy this great beneﬁt!
